The first leg of bringing
Marguerite from Ft Lauderdale to Norfolk was moving her to Myrtle Beach, South
Carolina. Dorian took the time off to accompany me so she and Mom
would know I was safe and staying out of trouble. My 22 year old Daughter
being my chaperone, cute huh. Unfortunately day 2 of the trip Marguerite
suffered a blown head gasket just a half a mile north of the Boynton Beach Inlet
in Hypoluxo, Florida. The boat and I were there for almost a week and a
half. After a week I took Dorian back to Miami as she had school and work
obligations. Due to the delay I changed my plans and instead of South
Carolina I planned to make Jacksonville, Florida my first stop in bringing
Marguerite north.
